Proofing & Pricing
Based on our discussions, we'll be able to provide you with some ideas and work on pricing. Most of the time our Online Merch store solution is used for our print on demand service, but in some cases it is possible that we'll hold stock and ship to order.
Online Store Setup
Once the products, designs and commercial elements are agreed upon, your project is handed over to our in-house digital team to complete the build of your online store. This involves creating product data and web-ready product images, configuring the merch store to your brand colours and setting up hosting.
Orders and production
Once the store is fully tested and ready, it's time for the orders to flood in. All orders are placed directly into our production and fulfilment system ready for processing. Print on Demand orders typically take 3-4 working days to ship.
Reporting and payment
With our print on demand service, because there are no upfront stock costs for you, we normally take the payment. At the end of every month, we report on all orders that have been made and pay you the difference between your sales cost and our agreed unit price for each product sold.

Quick Product Creation
All the products including individual colour/size variations are created in a spreadsheet for speed. We have templates for this to make it even faster.
Product image creation
Based on the you clothing or merchandise, we'll proof image assets for all colour variations to use in the online store.
Product Import
The product spreadsheet is used to to import products into our production platform, from here they are synced to your online store.
Single or Multi-buy
Products can be set to single or multi-buy mode, allowing users to buy colour/size variations individually or in multiples.
One page checkout
Users benefit from a simple and robust checkout page, creating accounts along the way for future ordering and account management.
Shipping methods
Choose between different shipping methods, like Royal Mail or DPD, depending on different cart variables like total weight, shipping location or number of items.
Stripe payments
Credit card payments are made using Stripe payment platform which includes Apple Pay and Google Pay to complete payment. Cards can be saved for later use.
Mailing list sign up
Users can choose to their email mailing list using MailChimp through the checkout process by connecting directly to the MailChimp API.
Transactional Emails
Users and store admins are sent itemised order email receipts for their records confirming the order.
Order Processing
Upon checkout, orders are placed directly in our production system with stock being ordered ready for on-demand-printing.
Branded packaging
Your customers' satisfaction is our top priority, so your orders will be dispatched under plain cover or our production team use branded packaging you supply us.

How much does it cost?
Our custom-built stores start at £350 + VAT, with an additional monthly fee of £25 + VAT for secure hosting.

How many products can I have?
The sky's the limit! We're excited to work with you to create the best possible store. Whether you need a store with just 1 product or up to 100 products, we've got you covered. Please note that additional fees will apply for each new product added.

What will happen when I sell a product?
Our expert digital team ensures a seamless process from start to finish. When a customer places an order in your store, it's instantly processed through our print & demand platform, which directly connects to our production team and print press. We then print and fulfill the order, ensuring it's swiftly on its way to your customer.

How do I get paid from products I sell?
We use a Stripe payment gateway to process transactions. Your earnings are calculated based on the commercial model established during the setup of your store, which includes your preferred pricing strategy. We'll then send you your share of the profits through our sales reports, ensuring you receive your payments promptly and accurately.

Can I track my sales performance?
We provide automated order emails and offer monthly or quarterly sales reports, giving you full visibility into how your store is performing.
