Credit allocation

Credit allocation

Assign users with a maximum credit allowance and do not allow overspending over that amount. Users can choose from uniform or branded swag up to their credit amount, but won't be able to overspend above this.

Annual credit renewal

Annual credit renewal

Credits can be reassigned after set periods, allowing employees to re-order from the employee uniform or merch store. Periods are customisable and employees are notified when needed credits have been assigned.

Performance-based credits

Performance-based credits

Reward employees who do good work with extra credits in the mech store. Admins can simply locate registered users and allocate them more credits to use, circumventing any credit renewal rules that are in place.

Tenure-based credits

Tenure-based credits

Similar to performance-based credits, Tenure-based credits can be awarded to employees who reach tenure milestones. It's also possible to automate these credits based on the start date of the employee.

In-built spend control

Employees are only able to spend up to their credit amount in one checkout saving on shipping costs. After this their ability to order again is revoked until new credits are issued, but the system keeps track of any unspent credits for next time.

The system is set up for granular reporting to help you keep on top of budget allocation and spending. The system tracks what's being ordered, who's ordered it and from what country or region orders are being placed.

Password-free login

Our system allocates users login tokens when they want to login, with tokens only being sent to their registered company email address. If the user has no remaining credit balance for the period, they will not be able to login.

Restricted registration

Restricted registration

Employees can only register for the employee uniform and merch programme if they have a valid email domain. If the email is valid, they have to confirm the registration via a link in their inbox. Invalid emails domains or email addresses will stop users or employees from completing registration.

Intelligent email checking

Intelligent email checking

some@company.com and some@company.co.uk are considered the same employee, so employees with similar emails across different domains are unable to place multiple orders.

New employees can be directed to the merch store in their employee induction. From here they can register with the platform and place orders. From here rules can be configured to assign new credits after an elapsed period of time.

Worldwide delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from our UK warehouse and can be shipped to anywhere in the world. We handle all DDU or import duties and give you one price for shipping orders. This includes all shipping, fulfilment and handling fees.

Office Deliveries

Office Deliveries

To promote getting back into the office, orders can be grouped by office and will be packed individually to be bulk shipped to the office, prompting employees to come into the office for collection.

WFH Deliveries

WFH Deliveries

For employees that have Work From Home contracts, the system will allow users to add their home shipping address, allowing orders to be individually packed and shipped directly to the employee.
