Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

UK Orders

Your purchase is shipped Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and sent within 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability). Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and large parcels through DPD Couriers with e-mail tracking. We provide free delivery* for all UK orders with the option to upgrade to a tracked service.

Expect your items to arrive between 1 to 2 working days, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

EU/Worldwide orders

EU/Worldwide orders are also shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales will vary depending on your location. The cost for your delivery will be based on the wight of the products in your purchase and will be calculated as you checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If we deliver the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged or becomes faulty (faulty within 3 months of purchase), we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item.

Cancellation

Please ensure you have selected your product carefully and it is as you require before purchase including size, colour and description. Due to the tailor-made / personalised nature of your purchase, we are unable to provide refunds once your order has been placed, unless for any reason, which is adherence to the Consumer Contracts Regulations – which consumes the Consumer Rights Directive in UK law. Products maliciously damaged will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods

Contact us on help@tshirtmonstr.com at your earliest convenience with your order number which can be found on the invoice or in the confirmation email we sent at time of purchase. Please include details of the problem and where you would like the parcel to be conveniently collected from. Whilst the products are in your possession it is your responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and available to collect. On receipt of the returned goods, tshirtmonstr.com will arrange to replace or refund your product. 

Damaged on delivery

In the unlikely event your product is received damaged, please contact us by email: help@tshirtmonstr.com immediately with your order number which can be found on the invoice or in the confirmation email we sent at time of purchase. Please include details of the problem and where you would like the parcel to be conveniently collected from. Whilst the products are in your possession it is your responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and available to collect. On receipt of the returned goods, tshirtmonstr.com will arrange to replace or refund your product as you prefer. 

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days of delivery by emailing us: help@tshirtmonstr.com
