- Book repairs on behalf of customers.
- Add and manage customer accounts.
- Oversee all repairs and callouts.
- Generate reports, including photo uploads for audit trails.
- Create quotes for parts and additional callouts for part fitting.
- Send payment links for parts or repairs.

- Callouts: Assigned to engineers and scheduled into their calendars.
- Callout Reports: Detailed reports with photos for audit purposes.
- Quotes: Generated for customer approval or payment.
- Sales Orders: Converted from quotes for parts procurement.
- Invoices: Automatically generated upon repair completion or payment.
- Payments: Processed via Stripe or manual bank reconciliation.
Properties: Store and retrieve property histories for repairs over time.
Calendar: Provides a global view of engineer callout schedules for better planning and flexibility.
Email: Tracks all inbound and outbound communications, ensuring accountability.
Credit Control: Facilitates account statement and invoice distribution, with integrated payment processing.
Xero Integration
Our solution includes a Xero connector to streamline financial operations:
- Account Sync: Automatically creates new accounts in Xero.
- Invoice Sync: Transfers invoices from 1CRM to Xero.
- Payment Reconciliation: Links Xero payments back to 1CRM, updating invoice statuses in real time.
